Tsiseb Concession
In North west Namibia in Damaraland lies the concession area of 8000km². The breathtaking scenery and sheer vastness is to an extent a humbling experience. It is a privaledge to be able to hunt here and for us it is always a highlight to conduct a hunt in this area. Eventhough it is mostly a plainsgame hunting area it must rate as one of the plainsgame hunting destinations in Namibia if not Africa. The concession area forms a boundary to the Namib desert which makes this concession area so unique and an exhilarating place to hunt. This form of hunting is not for the faint-hearted as quite long stalks have to be made to get into shootable positions. (“After hard work, the success is so much sweeter!”) To hunt in Damaraland is a real rewarding hunt and holds its own compared to many other hunting destinations. If you like the challenge of hunting in totally unfenced areas, this place is for you. We place a lot more emphasis on good, hard and honest hunting than “whacking and stacking”.
The safari style tented camp offers you a comfortable and relaxing stay with a spectacular view of the Brandberg, Namibia´s highest mountain range. All cooking of Namibian-German cuisine is done on an open fire and in cast iron pots.
In Damaraland prime specimens of Springbok, Oryx, Kudu, Ostrich and Hartmanns Zebra form part of the quota.
